Salt to the Sea

Sherrilynn Bair (Library Director)
A challenging topic but an important WWII story. The perspective of several different characters makes it more interesting. I really like the explanations of which parts are fiction and which parts are based on fact. I will read other books by this author in the future.
Inheritance Games

Allie Andersen
I loved this book so much! There were a lot of riddles and puzzles that I enjoyed trying to figure out before the characters. The romance was soooo good!! Avery finds out that a billionaire that she doesn't know left her all of his fortune and everything he owned when he died. There's one condition though: she has to live in his mansion for a year to be able to inherit everything and his four grandsons are living there too. They all try to figure out why he left his fortune to her. You definitely need to read this book and the rest of the series!

This book was better then the first book! It is very humorous and keeps you on your toes. I definitely laughed a couple times, but I also cried along with it. This is a very emotional book and was extremely fun to read! I had to go out and buy this book because of how good it was!
Here Lies Daniel Tate

Madi Smith (Library Assistant)
This book will grab & hold your attention the entire book. Filled with drama & unexpected plot twists, you never know what will come next. Told from a petty con artist's point of view, the reader follows the fake "Daniel Tate" as he navigates, romance, friendship and the dark secrets lying in each family.
The Book Theif

Kayleigh Adams (Library Assistant)
I first read this book in seventh grade as part of an ELA project. It was the first time I'd read historical fiction, and I've loved the genre ever since. However, I have never found a book equal to this. I will always remember the way it felt when I first read it. It was dark, but there was light shining through. It felt deeply important. I will always love the characters, especially Rudy, Hans, and Rosa. Each time I've re-read this book, it has only grown more special to me.
The Game (Book 1 of 4)

Madi Smith (Library Assistant)
Filled with action, science fiction, romance & more. The Game will constantly keep you invested as you experience what life would be like if children learned by entering a virtual reality simulation instead of school. It's a very interesting read that will make you think

This was a super interesting book to read. The author really put you inside the character's head. There was good character development and the book was written extremely well. If you like to read murder mystery this is a good book to read.
